Two souls collide: a Korean American woman struggling with family expectations and her own aspirations, and an ex-wrestler haunted by his past. Their paths unexpectedly cross, leading to a transformative journey.

Bedford Park is the directorial debut of Stephanie Ahn, produced by Gary Foster (Sleepless in Seattle, “Community”), Chris S. Lee (Pig Village), Theresa Kang ("Pachinko”), and Nina Yang Bongiovi (Fruitvale Station, Sorry to Bother You).

I worked as an Associate Producer on the film and was on set every single day in New Jersey, learning the ins and outs of indie filmmaking. I also served as a Korean translator and liaison between our Korean talent and the production team. The production was a masterclass in creative problem solving and collaboration at every level.
